The abstract is a summary of the scientific paper. The results of the research should be described accurately and informatively. At the same time, preference is given to new results and data of long-term significance, important discoveries, conclusions that refute existing theories, as well as data that, in the author's opinion, is of practical importance. The abstract should not repeat the information contained in the title of the article.

The main part of the article should contain

  • theoretical and methodological parts, which define and justify the choice of methods for solving the problem outlined by the author;

  • generalization and integration of the research results into the intellectual history of the subject under study.

In mathematical formulas, Greek and Russian letters should be typed in a regular font, Latin letters in italics. It is necessary to number only those formulas to which there are references in the subsequent text. The numbering of formulas should be continuous.

After the text of the article, two identical numbered lists of references are given. One list of references for Russian-speaking readers is drawn up in accordance with the current GOST R 7.0.5-2008. The second list (References) for foreign readers is drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the journals included in the Scopus database. The numbering in the two lists must be exactly the same. They should be identical in content, but different in design.
